Cancellation Policy

Part of the adventure is exploring the outdoors in different seasons and various weather conditions. Spring showers, Summer rain, Fall fog and Winter wonderlands can all be beautiful and exciting with the right gear. With the exception of dangerous conditions, our trips run rain or shine. Make sure to carefully read the ‘Wear’ and ‘Pack’ lists in the prep emails you receive before your trip. If you have any concerns or need to cancel a trip please e-mail info@weout.nyc

For day trips, if you cancel 7 or more days before your trip, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for trips cancelled 7 days before your trip's departure.

For multi-day trips, if you cancel 14 or more days before your trip, you will receive a full refund.There are no refunds for trips cancelled fewer than 14 days prior to your trip’s departure.

if I cancel the trip for any reason you will receive a full refund.

Tipping your guide

If you had a great time any and all tips are greatly appreciated. Standard tipping is $10-$20 per person for day trips and 10%-20% of the trip cost for multiday trips.

Covid-19

We Out is closely following CDC guidelines for the state of New York. For the saftey of the community you must complete a Covid-19 questionnaire before all trips and wear masks on the train or in the vechicle.
